As part of our support with a larger portfolio of projects, Cobalt provided project management and contract administration services for Eelpower Ltd. In order to deliver this challenging project, our role involved very close liaison with multiple other entities who were critical to the project’s success, including the Client team, Principal Contractor, the DNO and also the appointed planning agent regarding planning aspects associated with the development.
