Our business model is very different to that of the majority of the larger regional UK consulting providers; our mode of operation is to stay compact and provide senior and highly experienced staff with the skill set to undertake hands on project management roles, from start to finish. Our Clients’ business is our business, and their success is our success. We invest in relationships, understanding our Clients and their project brief, and shared goals. We use high levels of technical construction competence, experience, and insight as the foundation to deliver high quality projects, alongside a personable approach.

Our unique organisation means that we are efficient, agile and with our business model we are able to operate with low overheads. This means we can offer a high level of financial value alongside high quality services from start to finish.

Over the last fourteen years, Cobalt have been fortunate enough to have been involved in a huge range of complex and challenging projects. Our skills and experience are about making new projects and transformations of existing developments possible.  We are very proud of our repeat Client base and the continuing legacy of our work, which is bespoke to each and every Client.
